Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment being received. During pre-orders, special campaign launches, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer - we'll always communicate this clearly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
- Metro and major cities: 3-7 business days
- Regional and rural areas: 7-14 business days
These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or over Christmas and New Year due to network delays outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can track your order at auspost.com.au.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Eye Heart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at info@eyeheart.com.au and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
